Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Unit Medical Spa Manager to oversee company-owned Prime IV spas across the United States. This role will ensure operational excellence, team leadership, and financial performance across multiple locations, with a focus on consistent service delivery, sales growth, and membership conversion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in spa or med spa operations, experience managing multi-location teams, and an understanding of the medical-adjacent

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Oversight
  • Lead, mentor, and manage spa managers to drive performance, service quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide clear and consistent direction, coaching, and support to ensure each location meets Prime IV’s operational and financial standards.

  1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations to maintain consistency across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with Prime IV’s brand standards.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in the medical-adjacent space, including oversight of staff credentials (e.g., nurses and nurse practitioners).
  • Establish and maintain strong operational processes that prioritize client experience, safety, and effective service delivery.

  1. Financial Performance

  • Monitor and drive financial performance of each location, focusing on P&L management, budgeting, and revenue growth.
  • Utilize KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends, set performance targets, and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  • Work closely with corporate leadership to ensure that each location is on track to achieve financial targets.

  1. Sales and Membership Conversion

  • Lead initiatives to drive sales and increase membership conversions, utilizing a strong coaching approach to upskill managers and their teams.
  • Implement proven strategies to enhance sales effectiveness, client retention, and membership growth.
  • Oversee marketing lead management, ensuring timely follow-ups through CRM and conversion optimization.

  1. Team Building and Recruitment

  • Ensure all locations comply with relevant state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state health board guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records for staff certifications, spa licensing, and permits, ensuring compliance across locations.
  • Develop and oversee quality assurance programs, conducting routine audits of cleanliness, safety, and protocol adherence.
  • Respond to any compliance issues or inspection findings with corrective action plans to address deficiencies and improve processes.

  1. Marketing and Business Development Support

  • Manage hiring, training, and development for spa managers and key staff to build high-performing teams at each location.
  • Partner with HR to ensure compliance with hiring practices and foster a positive work environment that aligns with company culture.

  1. Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all spas represent Prime IV’s values, image, and commitment to wellness.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to align local marketing initiatives with brand strategy.

Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor and/or department head.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Required 

  • Proven multi-unit management experience in a spa, med spa, or related wellness/medical-adjacent field.
  • Strong foundation in P&L management, with a track record of driving financial performance through operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with KPI analysis and performance management in a multi-location environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing managers; background in coaching, training, and team-building.
  • Ability to work with nurses and nurse practitioners, understanding regulatory and operational considerations.
  • Excellent skills in sales, membership conversion, and customer service.
  • CRM experience for managing marketing leads and ensuring efficient client follow-up.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in franchising, brand marketing, or med spa-specific operations.
  • Familiarity with Prime IV’s product offerings, including IV and nutrition services, peptides for weight loss, NAD+, and BHRT.
