Job Description

Only qualified Project Manager candidates located near Pittsburgh, PA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Project Management Experience: 3-5 years

• Ability to communicate technically - hear and understand technical words

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

• Experience with customer authentication policies

• Single sign on

• Workforce

Soft Skills:

• Good conversationalist

• Self-Driver

• Not shy

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible/helping with communication with internal teams and vendors.

• In strong communication and maintain strong relationships with vendors regarding changing policies and ensuring that vendors are following those policy changes. Ensuring vendors are following security policy requirements.

• In constant communication with external partners with client and expect them to take our direction.

• Development and tracking of plans: Plans with each vendor, tracking progress and holding vendors accountable to those policies. - i.e. when certificates expire, PM will work with those vendors to have certificates updated.

• Coordinate, renew and upkeep of certificates - Looking for this individual to influence and be able to push those policy changes or updated certificates to avoid any type of break in service.

• Will be working with customer authentication policies (characteristics of policies), single sign-on and workforce.
