*About the role. You will:*
• Lead IT projects for insurance companies, with a deep understanding of business processes and dependencies -
• Be responsible for the substantive part of the project.
• Oversee project architecture, ensuring alignment with standards and managing risks and dependencies.
• Design system architectures that meet business and technical requirements, while collaborating closely with developers and architects.
• Act as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or business architect based on project needs, taking full responsibility for the project's architecture.
• Support our clients with your knowledge by acting as advisor
• Build relations with key stakeholders based on substantiative knowledge and being seen as a trustworthy advisor.
• Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on client IT architectures.
Support of Sales Activities:
• Support B2B sales, including cross-selling and up-selling, by leveraging your deep understanding of client needs and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate preparation of proposals, and present proposals to the clients’ key stakeholders, ensuring it is both substantively tailored to the client and cost-effective.
• Present and justify architectural solutions to clients, including high-level estimates and technical recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, even in challenging or high-pressure situations, while managing their expectations.
• Contribute to offer preparation by aligning solutions with client budgets and time constraints.
Support Company Development
• Guide multiple teams in designing solutions, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Work closely with project managers on team oversight, providing feedback and supporting staffing decisions.
• Build strong relationships with client architects and key stakeholders, ensuring project success and alignment with business goals.
*About the requirements. You need:*
• At least 7 years of professional experience in IT projects within the *US/Canada P&C insurance market*
• Experience with implementation projects of large enterprise software *(Guidewire preferred)*
• A comprehensive understanding of how insurance companies operate, including relevant processes and business models
• B2B sales experience
• Proven experience in functional design and IT solution implementations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex problems
• Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to ensure the quality of your team’s deliverables
• Demonstrated team management skills and accountability for team results

• Experience in implementation-related or strategic consulting, particularly in insurance
• Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with client stakeholders, including C-level executives
