Responsibilities:Works together with other team members from the clinical group to implement procedures in a primary care nursing frameworkTakes part and collaborates in care planning activitiesDocument appropriate medical recordCoaches and mentors, all staff members, i.e. LPNs and PCAs
Qualifications:Active MA RN licenseFully vaccinated for Covid-19Ability to perform well in an interactive environment
