iCapital is looking for a Client Delivery Team Lead to join the Data Solutions team. This role will set up and maintain the financial software applications we utilize, assist clients with issues, work on special projects, and help with ad-hoc tasks associated with building an innovative company. This role is a mix of finance and technology.Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Data Aggregation tools:
Analyze and explain portfolio performance resultsConduct account level reconciliation, including research and resolution of all breaks, cancels, and correctsPerform analysis of private equity and hedge fund statements for input into the systemWork with clients and partners to resolve data issues
Develop and strengthen client relationships:
Client onboardingClient account setup and trainingDay-to-day support and issue management
Software maintenance and setup:
System setup and configurationNew client setupNew financial account and asset set-up and classificationData feed managementCreate custom reports based on client-specific needsLiaise with the vendor partners for enhancements, and system and data issues
Work as the lead of a team to prioritize individual and communal work to ensure all projects are completed on time and to detailed specifications.Establish operational effectiveness through the development and adoption of policies, procedures, and controls.Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a related fieldBachelor's degree from an undergraduate programExcellent customer service skills and the ability to foster and maintain effective relationshipsStrong understanding of financial instrumentsExperience managing a teamExperience with RIA/Wealth management policies, procedures, and client serviceExperience working with wirehouses or custodiansProactively assess and act upon client and company needsOrganized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesHighly attentive to detail and accuracy while maintaining an organized approach to duties and responsibilitiesComfortable with technology, software tools, and applications:
Able to learn new software quicklyExperience with Addepar, Black Diamond, Axys, APX, Orion, Archway, Solovis, Masttro, or similar wealth management platformsExperience with planning tools such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar softwareStrong MS Excel and PowerPoint skillsBasic knowledge of database concepts, and any type of programmingWorking knowledge of Photoshop, HTML design, and/or similar tools
Knowledge of various financial products and indices, particularly:
Liquid investments such as Equities, Bonds, ETFs, Mutual Funds, SMA/UMAAlternative investmentsPerformance reporting calculations and methodologiesPortfolio management and rebalancingHow Family Offices, RIAs, investment advisors work
Critical thinker, that possesses strong problem-solving skills and is able to summarize information clearly and concisely, both written and verbalCollaborative and able to thrive in a team environment while working independentlyAble to learn quickly and adapt to an expanding environmentThe base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
