Senior Program Coordinator
to join our
Impact Team
in Grand Rapids, MI. This role plays a crucial part in our Better Future Community, designing and delivering experiences, opportunities, and activities with our global community that are rooted in shared practice and purpose for collective impact.
What you will be doing:
Driving social impact while building trust with community partners and employeesBuilding and engaging a global learning community on topics of education, equity, and the environmentProviding thought leadership and consulting with internal and external stakeholders on topics related to our people and planet impactDesigning, managing, and coordinating learning and engagement programs for our Better Futures Community, e.g. webinars, workshops, innovation boot campsProviding project design, including supporting the development of innovative solutions, as well as operational processing of activitiesCo-design program and initiatives, implement and measure their successProviding analysis & content preparation (data on projects, PowerPoint presentations, briefs, etc) for priority topics and executive management meetingsSupporting other core processes for the Impact team (e.g. finance, communications, and events) as requiredMinimum Requirements:
Experience leading initiatives focused on community and/or impactBachelor's degree in a related field of study (Human Centered Design, Learning & Development, Psychology etc.) or relevant professional experienceProficiency in software and systems, including Microsoft Office and SalesforceYou have a strong network and are passionate about community involvementDesired experience:
Experience in UX and/or learning design or relatedPrevious exposure working in a global environment
