As we venture forward, the future is focused on the development of a large-scale, luxury class-defining community on approximately 2,000 acres in the Red Rock Canyon area of Las Vegas. Additionally, the company is developing a large-scale community in Northern Arizona while also implementing the continued expansion of the Harmony Homes in Las Vegas.

To that point, we are searching for an ambitious, experienced Real Estate Marketing and Sales Director who is highly adept at devising successful real estate sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients for the multiple segments as well as across local, US and International markets.

to join our company and work with our Team to provide exemplary marketing leadership in the creation of a world-class, multi-disciplinary brand for the portfolio businesses. This generational opportunity positions the Sales & Marketing Director to assume a primary role within the organization, work closely with the Owner and Community Design Team, and implement the shared vision. Building on the foundation of proven success and a world-class land asset portfolio, you will take on a leadership role in the organization to unlimited growth and success.

Position Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Director will lead and oversee all efforts to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement within the Las Vegas real estate market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the real estate industry, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives and enhances its market presence as well as acting as a ‘Voice of the Customer’ to drive understanding of the consumer needs and wants.

To be successful in this position, it’s assumed that you possess excellent leadership and decision-making skills. You should be innovative and entrepreneurial, an industry leader, and have excellent communication skills.

Implement the Vision of the Owner and Board of Directors

Create and implement strategic marketing plans

Identify opportunities in market segments and special “niches” for sustained growth

Work with Team to create visionary and class-defining branding and marketing programs

Establish brand consistency and ensure that the feeling and aesthetic is carried out consistently within every element of the company ventures.

Create and implement strategies to facilitate best practice sharing and co-operation between portfolio businesses and land assets.

Create brand(s) identity that optimize each of the business ventures including real estate development, homebuilding, construction, mining, building materials, and farming.

Bring forward and exemplify the unique Vision, creativity, and purpose-driven approach and prowess to the portfolio businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Planning:

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the Rhodes Capital Partner’s business goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.

Work with internal and external teams to capitalize on market trends by ensuring projects are aligned with buyer expectations and communicating these inputs during the Development, Design, and Build stages.

Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Collaborate and co-broker for all out-of-town transactions.

Brand Management:

Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a unified brand voice across the company.

Public relationship management and community outreach.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and market conditions.

Create an iterative working plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets and potential client segments.

Build and manage the sales team to effectively cover the different product segments and markets.

Set and monitor sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.

Sales Process Optimization:

Analyze and refine the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including lead management, CRM utilization, and closing techniques.

Monitor and report on key sales metrics, using data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Content Creation and Management:

Oversee the development of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, videos, blogs, graphics and listings.

Ensure that content effectively communicates the value propositions of our projects and development.

Lead Generation and CRM:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients both locally and internationally.

Create, manage, and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, client interactions, and campaign effectiveness.

Event Planning and Community Engagement:

Plan and execute events such as open houses, networking events, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.

Foster relationships with local businesses, media, and community organizations.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and drive revenue growth.

Ensure that sales and marketing teams work closely to align strategies, share insights, and coordinate campaigns that effectively target homebuyers.

Ensure teams prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the high standards of the luxury market.

Provide sales feedback on client interactions to help the marketing team refine messaging and targeting.

Regularly review the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns together, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data analytics to measure success.

Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on sales and marketing performance.

Job Requirements

Experience in the marketing and sales field of not less than 10 years.

High organization and planning skills.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

High motivation skills.

The ideal candidate for the Marketing and Sales Director role should have several years of experience in real estate sales and management, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential, as the role involves managing a team and building relationships with clients and other stakeholders. A minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.

As the Marketing and Sales Director, your role will be to lead the team in creating the iconic brand identity, implement the sales and marketing strategies and plans, and message to potential clients. Simultaneously, maintain business relations with real estate agents by effectively communicating updates within the projects and lead the team to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share.
