Role: Lead SAP Consultant Price to Procure (P2P)
Location: Normal, Illinois (Onsite) - W2
**Must have Automotive domain experience**
Responsibilities:
Handling production support and working with the Offshore Team Lead and team members for day-to-day support tickets.
Ticket acknowledgement, analyzing the tickets, updating details, and resolving or assigning to the team.
Good experience with ticket handling tools – SNOW, JIRA.
Updating and monitoring ticket status and updating users.
Good understanding of SAP functionality with standard configuration for the module.
Monitoring batch jobs and taking necessary actions for cancelled and long-running jobs.
Understanding the design of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows & identification of Std. Fiori Apps.
Execution of system unit testing and integration testing, including performing tests for changes and error resolution.
Good understanding of role design to support day-to-day issues.
Should own the tickets until closure.
Qualifications:
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
SAP certification will be preferred.
Experience as an independent
SAP MM
consultant on real-life SAP implementation.
8-10 years in SAP P2P.
Must be an experienced functional consultant of Materials Management (Purchase, Inventory management, Accounts payable).
Strong experience in Materials functions: Material master, Vendor master, Info-records, and all other master data.
Good knowledge of standard and custom Fiori apps.
Material Planning - Deterministic, Consumption-based, forecast, and Reorder point planning.
Good knowledge of Hierarchical and variant structure BOM.
Good experience in Procurement of Direct Material, Indirect Materials, Services, and Capital Procurement.
Hands-on experience in PR, PO, Scheduling Agreement, Contracts, Release strategy, and workflows.
Expertise in output procedures and output methods.
Experience in all goods movements.
Experience in intra and intercompany STO processes.
Valuation, Price control, Pricing Procedure.
Integration between P2P and EWM, O2C, R2R.
Handling of EDI, ALE/IDOC, and other interface methods.
Technological Skills (Most Important Four):
MM configuration for S/4HANA.
Design of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW as part of Fit-Gap Analysis).
Project management methodology (ASAP, S/4HANA Activate).
Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
