Job Description
Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
Guide and coach the scrum teams on agile practices and principles
Help teams identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress
Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and ensure clear communication of project goals
Support the teams in achieving a high level of performance and quality
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams
Assist teams in transitioning to agile practices and adapting to the agile environment
Provide training and support to team members as needed
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all teams

Skills and Requirements
Must-Haves:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master
Proven experience in an agile environment with a strong understanding of all agile ceremonies
Experience as a Scrum Master over infrastructure/data storage teams (e.g., storage and mainframe platforms) is highly preferred
If not with infrastructure teams, experience with non-software development teams is the second preference
Experience with software development teams but willing to work with non-traditional groups is the third preference
Comfortable in an agile environment that is not strictly agile, with the ability to help teams grow and train in multiple areas of the agile process
Ability to oversee around 4 scrum teams Pluses:
Background in the financial/banking industry
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
