About the Team:
The Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (CoE), part of SAP Customer Services and Delivery, has the goal and mission to ensure optimal performance, availability, and smooth operation of SAP software as well as to optimize technical and business processes.
Summary & Role Information:For this role, we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skills. As a technical expert, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. This role provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. Business travel will be an essential part of this role. Your area of responsibility will extend to performance and availability analysis of complex SAP systems. Your task will be to analyze customers’ systems within the SAP Premium Engagement Segment (SAP MaxAttention / SAP Active Attention), identify issues and bottlenecks, and come up with solutions. To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.
Work Experience:SAP Finance in the core finance and controlling modules and/or SAP Central Finance product, ABAP Programming, and S/4HANA experience is a must. Minimum 5 years of SAP Finance and/or Central Finance product experience is mandatory.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, or engineering.
Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.

The targeted combined range for this position is 105,200 - 228,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
