Senior Associates
to join a collaborative, growing team. You will work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team to facilitate/lead buy-side and sell-side related engagements.About our Transaction Advisory Services Team:
The TAS Practice assists financial and strategic investors and lenders in connection with evaluating complex acquisition and divestiture transactions. Our professionals have decades of experience advising clients in every aspect of the transaction, from pre-LOI stage through closing. We are looking for professionals in selected geographic and functional markets to add to the continued growth and expansion of our TAS practice.Our "startup mentality," backed by the institutional knowledge and established reputation of the firm, enables us to be flexible and always evaluate what can take our team and clients to the next level. Whether it's a new internal process, digital platform, or service offering, we believe that innovative ideas come from all levels and every employee should have the opportunity to make an impact on the business, our clients, and their careers.How You Will Contribute:
Conduct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions for PE, VC, family-owned businesses and corporate clientsAnalyze financial and operational results to prepare Quality of Earnings reportsPrepare detailed financial analysis that will help our clients to evaluate acquisitions decisions and financing arrangementsEvaluate financial information to identify issues/opportunities and recommend post-acquisition measuresWork closely with clients, investment banks, PE investors, attorneys and other key stakeholdersParticipate in client meetings to gather data and valuable information to perform financial analysis workBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsCPA is preferred or CPA eligible3+ years of experience in audit or transaction services in a public accounting or consulting firmPreferred/Desired Qualifications:
Strong project management skillsAdvanced Excel skillsExperience working and communicating with mid-level accounting and/or deal related professionalsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with the client as well as internallyAttention to detail, deadlines and working efficientlyAble to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skillsNOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work from our local office 2 or more days a week.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:
