They work closely with the customer to understand their business needs and align a quality solution that adds business value.ResponsibilitiesAbility to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management,and executive level audiencesProvides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodologybuilding trustParticipate in business process analysis/design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project. Understands how the BY solutions within area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processesDevelops functional specifications of sound design for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that achievecustomers' business objectivesCreates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the projectDevelops and executes test scripts to ensure BY software consistently meets thecustomer's business objectivesProvides non-technical support during the "go-live" period. Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrityRecognizes and highlights incremental revenue opportunities withexisting customers / projectsServes in a supporting functional role while attending and contributing to key meetings between the BY project stakeholders, customer stakeholders, andcorresponding leadership teamsEnsures knowledge transfer is conductedwith key customer project teamCommunicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to productfunctionality and enhancementsCommunicates the value proposition of BY's solutions to our customersClearly understand customer's business requirement and clarify any misunderstanding between different business usersEscalates issues that may have negative scheduling or financial impactEstimates specifications accuratelyWorks with project team to understand and help to provide detail functional requirementsfrom functional specificationsWorkscloselywith the customer teamto guide them through allphases of the projectQualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline; MSc/PhD. in Industrial Engineering, Warehouse & Logistics, Operational Research, Management or related field preferredSupply chain executionexperienceinretail, manufacturing and 3PLbusinessesFamiliar withwarehouseprocessesAbility to manage customer expectationsinregards to functional issuesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent presentation and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $85,788 - $108,212 USD.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
