Position Overview:Our client, a leading personal injury mass tort law firm located in Downtown San Diego, is in search of a full-time, on-site Senior Complex Litigation Attorney with exceptional work ethic and a professional, positive attitude to join our growing team.
Candidate should have a passion for advocating on behalf of victims of sexual assault and abuse, as well as persons injured by defective medical devices and other consumer products.Compensation:Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from
$160,000 to $230,000 , commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.Key Responsibilities:Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.Provide expert legal counsel to clients regarding their personal injury claims.Draft and respond to discovery requests and assist with Plaintiff Fact Sheets.Conduct in-depth legal research and perform comprehensive case evaluations.Work closely with internal teams, including case managers, investigators, victim advocates, and administrative staff, to gather information and support case progression.Coordinate with external parties such as medical professionals, experts, and opposing attorneys as necessary.Participate in case review meetings, offering insights and contributing to strategic case planning.Take and defend depositions.Interview and work with forensic experts to strengthen case presentations.Uphold strict confidentiality regarding attorney-client privileged information and relationships.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Experience in Personal Injury law, including bodily injury, sexual assault, and defective medical device cases.5 to 15 years of hands-on litigation experience.Active license to practice law in the state of California.Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach to handling cases and client needs.Benefits:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Health, Dental, Vision401(k) with a generous employer matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Short and Long-Term DisabilityPaid holidaysFlex Saving Account (FSA)Health Saving Account (HSA)Life insuranceCompany discountsEmployee referral bonusEmployee assistance programREQ #:
