Job Overview:
A law firm located in Boston, MA is seeking a diligent and motivated attorney with 2-6 years of civil litigation experience. This position offers a hybrid work environment and requires strong legal expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a team.Duties:Represent clients in civil litigation cases, focusing on real estate, construction, condominium, business, lending/financing, administrative, and contract law.Prepare and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build effective cases.Present arguments in court, including trial advocacy.Collaborate closely with other attorneys in the firm to develop case strategies.Maintain consistent client communication to provide updates and answer case-related questions.Manage case files and ensure that all deadlines and procedures are met.Requirements:Minimum of 2-6 years of civil litigation experience.Demonstrated courtroom and trial experience is preferred.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is mandatory.Prior experience in real estate, construction, condominium law, or related areas is highly desirable.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Must hold an active membership with the Massachusetts Bar.Skills:Strong oral and written advocacy skills.Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.Effective interpersonal communication for client and team interactions.Proficiency in managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Job Location:Company infoBCG Attorney Search225 Franklin Street, 26th floorBostonMassachusettsUnited States 02110Phone :
