Experience in landlord/tenant law, with a focus on unlawful detainers and housing rightsStrong understanding of housing laws and regulations, especially within CaliforniaAbility to manage cases independently from start to finish, including trial preparation and courtroom representationEducation

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications

Active California Bar license in good standingSkills
