Support and manage fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring group.Draft, negotiate, and review complex finance-related legal agreements.Conduct in-depth legal research to inform finance transaction strategies.Provide thorough and effective communication and guidance to clients.Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards in all finance matters.Requirements
4-6 years of experience in transactional law; finance law experience is preferred.Excellent academic credentials, with strong research and analytical skills.Superior written and verbal communication abilities.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active bar membership in good standing in the candidate’s state of residence.Skills
