Consult with clients to gather case details and assess the merits of each personal injury case.Conduct legal research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts to develop case strategies.Draft legal documents, including letters of representation, insurance notices, and demand letters.Advocate for clients in negotiations with insurance adjusters to achieve favorable settlements.Update department managers on key developments in each case.Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure secure storage of client data according to firm protocols.Keep accurate and complete records in the firm’s case management software.Stay informed about relevant legislative changes affecting personal injury law.Requirements:
Accredited law degree (J.D.).Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.0-3 years of experience in personal injury prelitigation.Strong client service focus with a desire to advocate for personal injury clients.Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues.Education:
