In this role, you will manage a varied caseload and represent clients throughout every phase of litigation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional, ready to handle complex cases and prepared to grow into a potential partnership role within our firm.Responsibilities:
Manage and lead all phases of employment defense casesConduct thorough legal research, case strategy development, and client consultationsPrepare and review discovery documents, motions, and case filingsRepresent clients in hearings, depositions, and trialsCollaborate with a dedicated team of paralegals, associates, and legal staffRequirements:
