We are seeking a dedicated individual who will be responsible for leading our sales in the New York and New Jersey market. This is a hybrid role, the ideal candidate has the ability to split time (while not visiting clients) between home office and either midtown NYC or Melville, NY.
You’ll have the opportunity to sell staffing services for:
- Finance & Accounting
- Risk Management
- Credit/Collections/Payroll
- Compliance and Regulatory Financial Executives (VP/C-Suite)
- Executive Search

In this high-profile role, you will:
- Use a combination of phone work, social & professional media platforms and group networking to make contact with decision makers who are responsible for selecting staffing & recruitment partners.
- Set appointments and make in-person and virtual presentations to these decision makers.
- Help foster a relationship between the client (order placer) and the TemPositions Client Representative who will take the client calls and fill their orders.
- Cross-sell our many different niches service offerings to your clients.
- Utilize our network, access to world class technology, and our history of success to hunt for and land new client partners.
- Maintain and grow your relationship with existing clients, while leveraging that success for referral business.
- Work with marketing to create and deliver customized proposals.

- 3+ years staffing sales within the A&F vertical
Job Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in Staffing and Recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
