Job Overview
The Lead Benefits Systems Consultant (Post-Live) will manage and support the configuration of complex benefits systems and address other technical needs. This role involves collaborating with customers on intricate renewal projects, handling transition projects for escalated customers moving from launch to product support, completing post-live configuration and system update projects, and ensuring quality assurance. The Lead Benefits Systems Consultant will work closely with various support, launch, and technical teams. This trusted, highly-skilled resource will provide advanced consultative and technical guidance for benefits administration customers, manage high-complexity configuration projects, and mentor other team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather configuration requirements for complex projects.Manage transition projects for customers needing additional assistance during their move from launch to support, providing quality assurance feedback to measure the success of launch projects.Ensure projects are closed within set timelines and maintain appropriate documentation.Assist customers with renewal projects requiring high-complexity configuration.Update and coordinate the setup and testing of configuration requirements for benefits administration customers.Communicate with customers and partners regarding outstanding technical requests.Work independently to provide an excellent customer experience and prevent escalations.Identify, manage, and record escalation trends, provide root cause analysis, and collaborate with leadership on resolutions.Manage technical projects with critical deadlines to ensure customer success.Serve as a trusted resource for customers with high-complexity configuration projects.Act as a mentor and training guide for new team members.Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Health & Welfare benefits.3+ years of experience in benefits administration configuration.2+ years of experience in open enrollment consultation.Minimum of 3+ years of strong customer service experience in a SaaS organization.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or at least five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an outsourcing organization.Experience with cross-domain product and services integration and dependencies.Strong project management experience and skills.Professional certifications such as CEBS, GBA, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a dynamic environment.Ability to drive results through collaboration with different teams.Excellent communication and follow-up skills.Ability to set and manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $100,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
