Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis, utilizing platforms such as Westlaw.Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediation.Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on diverse legal matters.Assist with trial preparation, including managing case files and deadlines.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.Requirements:
A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in commercial, real estate, intellectual property, and/or employment litigation.Strong experience in negotiating settlements and handling dispute resolution.Proficiency in legal research, including using Westlaw and other research tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.Ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership and good standing with the State Bar (required).Skills:
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Experience in preparing for trials and conducting legal motions.Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.This position is based in Los Angeles, CA, and offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and the chance to contribute to a thriving legal practice.
