This position offers flexibility, room for career growth, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with an emphasis on work-life balance.Duties:Represent clients in First Party Property (FPP) matters, handling litigation from inception to resolution.Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Advocate on behalf of clients in both federal and state courts.Provide clients with expert advice on legal matters related to property insurance claims.Attend court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.Work collaboratively with legal teams and support staff.Requirements:5-7 years of experience in First Party Property litigation.Strong written and oral advocacy skills.Experience handling cases in federal court preferred.Must be licensed and admitted to practice law in Florida.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the Florida Bar (required).Skills:Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Strong verbal communication and courtroom presence.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Proficient in legal research databases and software.Job Location:
