P&C Global is actively seeking a dynamic Head of Human Resources to spearhead the firm's HR initiatives.The Head of Human Resources is a leader dedicated to fostering a professional and collegial work environment. Representing a national law firm, this role oversees HR and Office Services staff while managing office expansions, facility operations, and strategic HR initiatives that align with the firm's growth and compliance needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation and Benefits Management:Perform compensation benchmarking to ensure compensation for new hires, as well as potential increases for existing non-shareholders, inclusive of attorneys and support staff, are in line with market trends and the prospective or existing employees' market value.Monitor internal equity and market conditions, staying abreast of employment, compensation, and policy trends relevant to the legal industry.Design, manage, and review the firm's benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the firm's financial capabilities.Employee Relations and Performance Feedback:Address and manage employee performance, including drafting of performance improvement plans to ensure they are both effective and compliant.Investigate and address employee complaints or concerns, ensuring a harmonious work environment.Mentor and develop their team and other staff members (if/as requested by other hiring managers), ensuring a cohesive and high-performing organization.Budgeting and Financial Oversight:Prepare and monitor the HR budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective HR practices.Participate in the annual renewal for the firms insurance programs, excluding professional liability insurance (e.g., general liability, property, EPLI, crime, media, etc.).HR Compliance and Legalities:Stay well-versed with respect to state and federal employment laws, ensuring the firm remains compliant in all HR practices.Comprehensive Benefits Program Management:Oversee the design and management of employee benefits programs that are both competitive and comprehensive.Collaborate closely with benefits brokers, ensuring our offerings are aligned with the firm's needs and industry standards.Utilize your financial expertise to strike the perfect balance between offering optimal benefits and maintaining the firm's financial health.Cultivating Organizational Culture in a Remote Era:Develop innovative strategies to foster a strong organizational culture, even in a remote work environment.Harness technology and engagement initiatives to strengthen employee bonds and maintain our firm's unique culture.Performance Management Reimagined:Collaborate closely with leadership, ensuring our evaluation methods align seamlessly with the firm's strategic objectives.In-House Talent Acquisition:Lead talent acquisition strategies, leveraging the power of social media and other cutting-edge tools to source the best in the industry.Implement robust candidate screening and verification processes, ensuring we onboard only the most qualified.Stay ahead of the curve by keeping updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition.Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process for hiring across the firm's offices, ensuring alignment with the firm's vision and goals.Analyze and assess recruitment metrics with the goal of increased efficiency, and leverage recruitment technology to ensure the best ROI.Superintend Office Services and Facilities Management:Supervise Office Services Operations: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of office services, including facilities management, mailroom, and office supply logistics, to support a productive work environment.Event Coordination Oversight: Work closely with Office Services staff to plan and execute internal events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical needs are met in alignment with firm standards and objectives.Vendor and Contractor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers for office-related needs, such as janitorial services, security, and maintenance, ensuring high standards of service and cost-effectiveness.Qualifications:Educational Background:

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Candidates with a Master's degree or recognized HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) will be given preference.Industry Experience:

Bring a rich experience of at least 10 years in the HR domain, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to a leadership role within the legal sector or a comparable industry.Financial Insight:

Demonstrate a keen financial understanding, ensuring that HR strategies align with the firm's fiscal goals. This includes possessing adept negotiation skills, especially when liaising with vendors or during compensation discussions.Communication and Leadership:

Showcase exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, coupled with a proven track record of leading teams, driving HR initiatives, and influencing senior leadership.Technological Proficiency:
