Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: AFC Urgent CAre
Job Type: Part Time, Per Diem, On-call
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. This is a part time, Per Diem or On-call position requiring the ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. DOT certified prefer, IV placement proficient.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.* Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.* Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress.* Provide patient education and counsel on lifestyle modifications, treatment options, and preventive care.* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.* Provide care across the lifespan, including [insert specific patient population, e.g., pediatrics, adults, geriatrics, etc.].* Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.* DOT Certified* Workers Comp Knowledgeable* IV placement Proficient
Shift Requirements:

Qualifications:
* Master's degree in nursing with a Nurse Practitioner program completion.* Current, valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state].* Current Certifications* Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work independently.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.* Prior experience in [specific clinical area or setting] preferred.
