Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: AFC Urgent CAre Job Type: Part Time, Per Diem, On-call
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. This is a part time, Per Diem or On-call position requiring the ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. DOT certified prefer, IV placement proficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress.
Provide patient education and counsel on lifestyle modifications, treatment options, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Provide care across the lifespan, including [insert specific patient population, e.g., pediatrics, adults, geriatrics, etc.].
Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Shift Requirements:
