Description:What You Will Be DoingThis position supports the management of US Government Depot component repairs. LM Aero is responsible for establishing the infrastructure to manage, maintain, and provide technical support for depot level component repair, upgrade, and overhaul activities. Lockheed Martin shall also support the United States Government (USG) in achieving USC Title 10 compliance. To achieve this objective, the candidate will:Liaison between government and industry resources as the onsite F-35 Component Repair Operations representativeProvide onsite depot component repair operations integration support, assist with the resolution of constraints impacting the scheduled throughput of depot level field return repairsEvaluate depot level component repair processes and effectively communicate areas of opportunity for gains in efficiencyWork with cross functional F-35 Sustainment Modeling teams to analyze and deliver a comprehensive multiyear repair demand forecastWork with cross functional teams to analyze supplier/depot data to assess depot repair capacityEvaluate supplier Repair Bill of Material (RBOM) documents and Component Maintenance Manual updates to ensure all material requirements are identified for initial procurement or replenishmentMonitor source of repair actions, identify constraints, and initiate deliberate actions to drive down Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) to achieve desired targetsWhat’s In It For You:From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security. Learn more here: Global DEI.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.Experience working with Military Partner / Customers in an aviation maintenance environmentProficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPointDesired Skills:Prior military aviation maintenance experience with component repairs (e.g. RADAR, Electro Optical)Familiarity with component testing on ATE (CASS, VDATS, LMSTAR)Familiarity with USG Depot maintenance repair and logistics processesPossess excellent communication skills to be effective in a high tempo operational environmentProject management and maintenance planning knowledge/experienceDemonstrated experience or knowledge in repair capacity assessmentDemonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with a Repair Bill of Material (RBOM)Security Clearance Statement:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
