Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team as the Logistics Mgmt Analyst Sr / Facility Security Officer (FSO). This position will develop, administer, conduct audits, and execute security programs for compliance with government regulations and with corporate policies associated with the protection of classified material. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in the DOD security rules (NISPOM). Additional responsibilities include:
• Works closely with U. S. Government customer. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.
• Prepares and implements manuals outlining regulations, establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel access to classified materials. Develops and conducts security education classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
• As the Supply Analyst, will perform aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot supply activities. Will provide technical services required to manage and operate a retail supply operation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Providing the customer supply status, assisting with part number/ National Stock Number verification, responding to customer requests for mission support, assisting with shelf life, ESD identification and organizational refusals and preforming/conducting inventory cycle counts.
• Providing shift status information and weekly status reports to the Site Manager. Individual will be responsible for mentoring and initial training in warehouse operations for new hires, direct and assign the work duties of other Remote Depot Supply Facility (RDSF) warehouse personnel. Works under general supervision and individual will also be responsible for notifying the Site Manager of any major or recurring problem. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
• The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently, must be a self-starter and possess strong leadership skills, and must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and senior management.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be a United
Citizen.
• This position is located at a facility that requires restricted access. Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• Experience of managing a Facility Security Program; the NISP or National Industrial Security Program
• Familiar with the implementation of the new NISPOM Rule
• Experience implementing and managing of DOD Security policy
• General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
• Experience in supply chain management, material control, receiving, inventory, monitoring stock, in support of depot operations.
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the others:
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word
• Familiar with supporting Air Force Depot maintenance
• Project/process management
• Inventory control
• The ability to work independently
• A self-starter
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and senior management
• Familiar with Part Number and National Stock number identification

9x80 every other Friday off
