Position Summary...Walmart eComm Analytics team is looking for Senior Manager, Data Science to lead personalization analytics and strategy.Personalization Analytics team drives ecommerce personalization roadmap with data backed insights & assessments and influences new personalization features that make finding and purchasing items on Walmart an easy and fun experience for customers.As a Senior Manager , Data Science on Personalization you will –Lead the product analytics efforts to assess Walmart personalization algorithms and develop data backed strategies to improve the efficacy of personalized suggestions made to Walmart customers.Collaborate with Personalization product, business, and data science teams to drive personalization roadmaps.Lead team of data scientists and advanced analytics specialists to conceptualize and run A|B tests, assess impact, formulate strategies to improve item recommendations, category exposure etc.You will impress us if you have –Experience designing, analyzing and delivering hypothesis based tests (including A|B assessments).Strong background in data science, analytics, and statistical methods. History of influencing stakeholders with data driven insights.Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
