Senior Vice President, Release Train Engineer

to join our

Pershing Engineering Team . This role is located in

Jersey City, NJ-Hybrid .In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.Facilitate process and execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering a community of practice.Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods required.Knowledge on Lean Portfolio management functions, financial management, and Agile transformation.Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.Strong problem-solving skills required.Passion for changing the status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas.Eagerness to ‘roll up the sleeves’ in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same.Desire to create positive team experiences and a collaborative environment.Expertise:Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ACSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).Experience with agile management and delivery, including coordinating teams and leveraging agile tools.Mindset & Behaviors:Passion for changing the status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas.Eagerness to ‘roll up the sleeves’ in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same.Desire to create positive team experiences and a collaborative environment.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) or product. The RTE's major responsibilities are to facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. RTEs communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. They lead and/or participate in lean-agile transformations, coach leadership, and other teams in agile mindsets and new processes.BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package.This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time.
