Sales Forecasting AnalystResponsibilities:Supports Account Managers in completing sound sales forecasts on year-round basisAnalyses trends, seasonality and establishes weekly forecast per market areaEstablishes forecast planning schedules and ensures the Sales team’s adherence to timelinesEnsures accuracy of forecasts in planning systemEnsures item and customer data maintenance through regular auditsTeams with Inventory and Production teams to ensure material is ordered within lead time to meet customer ordersProvides updated forecast in weekly SIOP planning meetings with Procurement, Inventory and Production leads for reviewPrepares weekly corporate sales reportsPrepares ad hoc plan vs. actual analysesOther duties as requested and /or assigned.Skills / Abilities:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or operational managementMBA is preferredAnalytical sales operations or accounting/financial analysis experienceExperience with Sales Force, MS Excel at an advanced level and other planning tools.Strong planning, organizing and project management skills with focus on meeting deadlinesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage ever-changing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to daily work cross-departmentally in an even-keeled manner
Compensation:$105,000-$120,000 per year
