National CineMedia is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Director to enhance our sales team. In this role, you will focus on cultivating and managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing tailored advertising solutions for your assigned accounts.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and aligning National CineMedia’s offerings accordingly.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base in your designated territory.Collaborate with the VP and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns and initiatives.Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities while staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches that highlight the value of National CineMedia's services.Meet and exceed quarterly sales budgets by promoting and qualifying NCM’s full line of in-cinema, digital, OOH and integrated solutions/platforms.Keep accurate and up-to-date records in CRM.QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar sales role.Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Ability to travel to meet with clients and for Sales Meetings.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.Every team member of NCM is expected to understand and consistently demonstrate our following core values:CollaborationInnovationAccountabilityHonorPerseveranceExperience and Training:
