POSITION SUMMARY

:

We are seeking a skilled, experienced and detail-oriented Data Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collect and analyze data to uncover trends and insights that will be used to support sales prospecting, marketing efforts, advertising strategies, and client ROI demonstrations. Your primary responsibilities will include data identification, gathering, analysis, and presenting the insights to stakeholders in clear and visually appealing formats such as graphs, charts, tables, and reports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

:

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Synthesize data from multiple datasets in AWS using SQL to power automated dashboards for sales and marketing teamsDesign and develop warehouse solutions built on the AWS technology stacksProactively uncover key trends, opportunities, and sales opportunities in terms of category of interests to help with revenue growthExperience in customer journey, attribution, conversion analysis and geofenced datasets (FourSquare, PlaceIQ etc.)Develop a deep understanding of movie-goer and DOOH audiences' behaviors throughout their lifetime and their correlation with retention and growth (LTV)Design, optimize and execute (primarily via data visualization tools) on standard cadence of operations to deliver actionable audience insights (e.g., weekly reporting, monthly and quarterly review)Deliver adhoc analysis and data pulls to multiple internal customers including Sales, Marketing, and Executive teamsQUALIFICATIONS

:

BA/BS in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics or other quantitative disciplineMinimum of 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing robust and scalable database solutions for complex projects.Proven experience with BI database designAbility to track and resolve database related incidentsStrong understanding of database structures, principles, and practicesStrong understanding of ETL and data warehouse principlesMinimum 5 years SQL experience, 3 years of ETL experience, 3 years analyzing data setsStrong data warehouse knowledgeExperience with JSON, XML, ORC,AVRO and Parquet file formatsExperience with large data setsAWS certification in Redshift or related technologies is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, collaborate and influenceFlexible and adaptableAbility to deliver on multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesAbility to be persuasive, influence, and execute innovative methods and processesSelf-driven, confident, resourceful, and resilientAbility to collaborate and work in partnership with different parts of the organizationWORKING CONDITIONS

Work Conditions :

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

SALARY RANGE & BENEFIT OPTIONS FOR NEW YORK APPLICANTS:

Salary Range: Base Salary of approximately $125,000-$140,000 annually plus bonus - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
