We are looking for a
WMS Consultant - Test Program Manager
to join our growing team in Memphis, TN (onsite).
Role Description:
Qualitest Enterprise team are looking for an experienced WMS Functional SME, with experience designing, building, and testing WMS solutions to the wider application architecture covering inbound and outbound integrations. In this role you will be the expert driving the what needs to be tested, and guiding the wider team of analysts and engineers with building/executing tests, and triaging issues.
Responsibilities:
Guide scoping to ensure correct coverage from a Manhattan Logistic/Supply Chain perspective.
Work closely with client and develop detailed Test strategy for WMS application.
Provide business process / functional expertise to the Qualitest team during the test Build, and Execution phases to ensure accurate and valid test scenarios and test cases are created.
Management of the defect process for the project across all defined test phases in scope of this SOW.
Support with defect triage process, ensuring they are correctly diagnosed and sent to the correct team to provide fix.
Must Have:
5+ years with WMS solutions (implementations).
Ability to navigate and interact with ANY WMS application.
In depth knowledge of the business processes that interact with WMS.
