We value diversity, innovation, and collaboration, and we provide a supportive work environment where your ideas can thrive.Responsibilities:As a Product Validation Project Manager, you will work closely with the automotive validation program manager, production program manager, logistics manager, test engineers and testing labs to coordinate, plan and execute the product test plan.What You’ll Do:Supports Testing Program Manager for the successful planning and execution of product validations and certifications of battery modules, battery packs, and vehicles with Ample´s swappable batteriesCoordinates and follows testing activities related to test sample preparation, supporting tools/equipment availability, external and internal laboratory testing and logisticsCoordinates engineering support needed for executing tests internally and externallyEnsures the proper documentation of test reports, and the communication of testing results and findings to the appropriate engineering stakeholdersIdentifies, manages and escalates risks for the timely execution of testing programsWhat You’ll Bring:B.S. in relevant technical / engineering discipline1-3 years of industry experience in a product validation or product development role in the Automotive industryExperience in product validation/testing of electric/electronic components is a plusFamiliarity with EVs and/or EV battery pack technologies is a plusExcellent organization skills and ability to work on several projects, simultaneouslyHands-on person with the ability to solve problems independently in a complex environmentUse of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Airtable.We are an equal opportunity and E-verified Employer and value diversity at our company.
