The Manufacturing Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within our manufacturing operations. This role involves developing and implementing quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within a manufacturing environment, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) for manufacturing operations.Establish and enforce quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirementsMonitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessaryConduct regular quality audits and inspections to assess product quality and manufacturing processesLead investigations and root cause analysis for non-conforming products or processes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processesManage and develop a team of quality engineers, inspectors and technicians.Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing personnel on quality standards and proceduresDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality, reduce waste and enhance operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations related to manufacturing operationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred10+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated leadership experienceStrong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality assurance principlesExperience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving quality improvement initiativesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organizationCertification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plusWe are an equal opportunity and E-verified Employer and value diversity at our company.
