The ideal candidate will bring a passion for advocacy, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. The role is ideal for someone with experience in family law, although litigation and courtroom experience is preferred but not mandatory.Duties:Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and other related legal issues.Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.Communicate effectively with clients, offering compassionate and strategic advice.Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Manage case files and collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies.Requirements:Minimum of two years of experience in family law.Excellent writing, communication, and advocacy skills.Strong work ethic and a passion for providing zealous representation.Experience in litigation and court appearances is preferred but not required.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership with the California State Bar.Skills:Strong research and writing skills for drafting legal documents.Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.Organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.This role offers the opportunity to join a compassionate, client-focused team that values strong advocacy in family law matters.
