(Onsite Tuesday - Thursday, Work from Home Monday and Friday)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administration Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of contract negotiation, preparation, monitoring, and termination between our company and its customers. The ideal candidate will ensure the fulfillment of all contractual obligations, maintain excellent customer relations, and represent the company's interests effectively. This role involves developing and administering contract policies, systems, and procedures, as well as advising management on contract obligations and performance.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $31 - $41 / hr. w2Responsibilities:Plan, direct, control, and manage activities and staff involved in contract administration.Conduct all communications before, during, and after contract duration.Develop and implement contract administration policies, systems, procedures, and methods.Ensure that all contractual obligations are maintained, fostering good customer relations while protecting the company's interests.Advise management on contract obligations, deficiencies, commitments, and performance.Provide interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations.Coordinate pre-award negotiations between the company and customers/vendors.Analyze the impact of contract modifications and revisions, preparing company recommendations.Assist in preparing and renewing contracts and subcontracts, including licensing agreements.Advise on the management of contractual rights and obligations.Collaborate with management to streamline contract administration processes and develop new procedures.Prepare, negotiate, sign, manage, and renew contracts and subcontracts, including licensing agreements.Manage the execution of contracts and ensure compliance with contract requirements.Review and approve all contractual documents in conjunction with the Office of General Counsel.Serve as a liaison to upper management for monthly, year-end, and quarterly reports.Provide detailed information on the financial status of the business unit or department.Support staff overseeing internal clients as needed.Collaborate with internal departments such as the Office of General Counsel, Financial Services, and Procurement.Provide support on various division- or enterprise-wide projects, programs, and initiatives.Register copyrights and ISSN/ISBN for print and online media.Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Contract Administration, Project Management, and Business Analytics.Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Pro.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred.
