Manage sophisticated litigation cases focused on cyber, privacy, and data innovation.Oversee all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, client interactions, and court appearances.Collaborate with the firm’s eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams to develop and execute case strategies.Handle mediations, present oral arguments, and pursue case resolutions.Conduct in-depth legal research, draft detailed legal documents, and provide strategic legal counsel to clients.Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a focus on cyber, data, or privacy law.Strong academic background and a proven track record in legal research and writing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.Active membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of the desired office location.Skills
Advanced analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.Proficiency with legal research tools and standard office software.Compensation and Benefits
