Candidates must be Barred in California or eligible to sit for the next Bar exam.Duties:Advising biotech and pharmaceutical clients on intellectual property licensing and collaboration agreements.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to technology licensing, joint ventures, research and development collaborations, and commercial partnerships.Conducting due diligence reviews related to IP assets and technology transfers.Providing legal advice on regulatory compliance issues related to FDA approvals and other relevant regulatory matters.Collaborating closely with founders and technology developers to strategize and execute technology commercialization efforts.Managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.3-6 years of experience in licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering transactions within a law firm environment, focusing on life sciences.Experience representing biotech and pharmaceutical clients in IP transactions and technology commercialization.Bar admission in California or eligibility to sit for the next Bar exam.Certifications:Certification in intellectual property law (if applicable).Skills:Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.Benefits Offered:
