This dynamic role offers unique exposure to clinical leadership and healthcare operations while providing crucial administrative support to key physician executives.We're seeking a highly organized and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers significant opportunity to develop healthcare industry expertise while working with physician leaders who are shaping the future of kidney care.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule ManagementOrchestrate complex calendars across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups

Coordinate extensive travel arrangements (averaging 2+ days per week)

Manage high-volume meeting schedules including physician interactions, clinical reviews, and operational sessions

Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts

Support flexible hours including occasional early morning or evening meetings

Administrative Excellence & Project SupportMaintain exceptional organization of documents, emails, and communications

Process expense reports and manage administrative documentation

Coordinate meeting logistics and material preparation

Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items

Support clinical initiatives, physician education events, and medical director onboarding

Strategic Communication & Relationship ManagementAnticipate needs and resolve administrative challenges proactively

Maintain strong communication channels to ensure clear priorities

Build effective relationships with key stakeholders including:

Medical directors and physician partners

Senior Director of Clinical Services team

Palmer leadership teams

Office of Chief Medical Officer

Handle sensitive communications and confidential information with discretion

Keep GMDs informed of upcoming deadlines and deliverables

QualificationsRequiredProven track record as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (VP, C-Suite, Senior Director)

Minimum 3 years' experience in complex calendar management

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

Strong executive presence and professional communication style

High school degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
