We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team in Centennial, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filling out reports and maintaining administrative records, with document sizes ranging from 2,000 to 130,000 pages. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of paperwork efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and manage reports and administrative records.Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents ranging from 2,000 to 130,000 pages.Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records.Assist with data entry and database management.Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for reports.Handle confidential information with discretion.Perform general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle large volumes of paperwork efficiently.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
