Job Overview:
As a Shuttle Driver with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our guests look to when they need safe and reliable transport to and from our shop. You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our guests and our community.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesProviding a safe shuttle service for our valued guestsTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersKeeps a timely shuttle routeAssists passengers in getting in and out of vehiclesAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededNotifies service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenanceKeep the facility clean and organizedFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualifications
Qualifications:
Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and guestsValid state driver's licenseMeet required insurance driving record parametersEnjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwarePhysical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hearThe employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouchThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focusBeing dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
