However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time.About the role:Enova is currently searching for an ambitious Sr. Help Desk Associate to join our team of problem-solvers, self-directors and action-oriented thinkers. In this role, you will be providing tech support for both remote and on-site Enova staff, ensuring integrity and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the information accessed. You will work independently and as part of a team following established protocols. Your responsibilities include supporting clients, providing technical support for PCs, diagnosing and resolving complex issues, and developing troubleshooting scripts. Additionally, you'll propose system modifications to enhance user experience and ensure service level objectives are met. You will learn new technologies and strategies that will require showcasing strong interpersonal, professional, and communication skills to uphold and contribute to the continued success of Enova.Responsibilities:Working a Hybrid schedule that changes based on business needs and on-call rotationProvide end user support on Windows, MacOS, Google Meets & other supported systems and applicationsAssist in maintaining the conference rooms, AV hardware & computer hardwareInstall, modify, and repair Enova tech hardwareProvide incident support for on-site and remote clientsCreate, maintain, and delete user accounts from various systemsEscalation of critical issues to appropriate teams or leadershipAsset management using Absolute and JamfRequirements:2+ years support experienceBasic networking troubleshooting capabilitiesExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in developing knowledge base articles or step by step guidesExperience with Incident ManagementExperience with SCCM, Absolute, Jamf, ServiceNow, or Atlassian Jira, Powershell are a PlusTeam leadership experience is a plusAbility to travel as needed to our Chicago HeadquartersAbout IT:IT designs, oversees, and secures the infrastructure that runs all of Enova’s internal and external services, including all hardware, cloud providers, and telecommunications.For NY-based roles, the budgeted range starts at $65,000-$75,000 per year.
