Gross Residential is currently seeking an experienced
Application Support Specialist
to oversee support to a national footprint of property managers, responding to incoming client questions and requests regarding the Company's software systems, including OneSite by RealPage, Active Building/Resident Portals, Market Analytics, RUM Utility Management, Apartment IQ, and Google Analytics. Experience with any of the following would add extra value, but is not required: iSolved Human Capital Management, Sage 300 Accounting, RealPage Accounting.

Responsibilities:
Essential Core Responsibilities:
Your primary role is to work with Gross Residential's property management personnel to assist them with questions or problems they have with Property Management Systems. Working from our main corporate office in the Cleveland, Ohio area, you will lead these general initiatives:
Investigating system or data problems and taking corrective action in the system.
Testing new releases or functionality of OneSite.
Performing general ledger audits or corrections.
Analyzing recurring problems to determine root cause and create requirements for system changes to address the problem.
This is a newly created position and has many opportunities to grow. We are seeking someone to start supporting the properties immediately, but the ideal candidate will seek further ways to add value in other operational areas of the organization.
Please note this is not a remote position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree a plus, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate. Help Desk Ticket Troubleshooting, Customer Service Skills, On-site experience is very valuable but not required. Experience in Yardi or Entrata would be very transferable.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of the Property Management Systems.
Property Management experience
(Business Manager, Assistant Manager/ Bookkeeper/Leasing Manager) .
Excellent communication, verbal & written skills.
Good PC skills and understanding of hardware/software installations.
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
