Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for driving user growth and activation in a B2B or enterprise software setting. In this role, you will lead initiatives focused on expanding our user base, improving user onboarding, and getting our customers to an engaged and productive state. Experience in B2B marketplaces is a strong plus, as you will work to optimize both sides of our marketplacerenewable energy buyers and sellersensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
User Growth & Activation Strategy: Define and implement strategies to grow the user base in alignment with company priorities, focusing on activation and engagement across all customer segments.
Onboarding & User Experience: Own and continuously improve the onboarding process for new users, ensuring that they quickly understand the platforms value proposition and achieve key milestones early in their journey.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use qualitative and quantitative data to deeply understand user behavior, identify friction points, and prioritize product enhancements to accelerate user activation and engagement.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, customer success, design, and engineering teams to execute growth strategies, ensuring a seamless experience from first touchpoint through long-term platform use.
Product Vision & Roadmap: Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing features that will drive user growth and activation, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and market needs.
KPIs & Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. Use these metrics to inform ongoing product decisions and iterate on the growth strategy.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings in both the clean energy sector and the broader B2B marketplace space, ensuring our product remains differentiated and valuable.
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise software companies, with a strong track record of driving user growth and activation.Experience working on B2B marketplace products or platforms is strongly preferred.Demonstrated success in building and executing growth strategies, including onboarding improvements, engagement initiatives, and retention programs.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure impact.Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, engineering, operations, and sales.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, or climate tech is a plus.
