Job Objective:To ensure that an adequate well integrity policy is implemented and maintained on all assets and ensure compliance with both company and regulatory/statutory requirements for MPU, NSI and WNS.Essential Job Responsibilities:Responsible for oversite and application of Well Integrity related state and federal regulatory compliance including reporting.Responsible for on-going monitoring of well integrity data on all wells within the MPU, NSI and WNS Teams, working closely with Well Integrity Engineers, Operation Engineers and field operations personnel to plan and execute well integrity related work.Work with engineering and operations personnel on any identified well integrity issues or any change in conditions that affect the operation and/or integrity of the well.Assist with the preparation of well integrity test procedures and provides support during well integrity testing operations.Perform well integrity related diagnostic testing and repairs.Manage the scheduling and execution of state and federal well integrity barrier testing and suspended well management requirements.Receive, review and update well performance and integrity data in the company database.Effectively communicate with regulatory agencies and Hilcorp leadership.Ensure company policies, procedures, and systems are compliant and up to date.Streamline procedures, employ new technologies, and develop innovative strategies to ensure efficient well integrity operations.Field based rotational position located on the North Slope.This position requires a self-motivated, hard-working team player who pays attention to details.Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.Supports company vision and mission.Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.Other Job Responsibilities:Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years North Slope oil field experience.Have an understanding of well construction, completion design and installations, well performance monitoring, well operational aspects including workover, well intervention (slick wireline operations, logging, fishing, CTU operation), annulus pressure management, and artificial lift systems.Ability to efficiently solve problems.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with regulatory (Federal and State), operations, and engineering personnel.Ability to travel to remote locations via large and small planes, helicopter or boat.Ability to work in Arctic conditions.Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex information into an organized and presentable manner. Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: AKIMS, AWGRS, JMS, FDC,Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook).Education Requirements:None.Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:Preferred: IADC Well Control Certification
