To facilitate best practices regarding the use, versioning, and protection of business-controlled documents by providing superior customer service through the efficient use of value-added technology, resources, and industry best-practices in records and information management.Essential Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate the proper care, custody, and control of documents.Assist in the Management of Change process to maintain proper review, approval and publishing of controlled documents in accordance with organizational procedures and policies using the appropriate technology and equipment.Perform document controls functions and deliver professional results in a timely and efficient manner.Provide customer support and training on document control procedures and standards.Identify, document, and provide input to management towards the continued development of the Document Controls program (procedures, processes, templates, applications, etc.)Collect and provide transactional data as required to support the management of budget and expenditures.Collect and provide information to support compliance audits.Gather statistical data (document control metrics) to support project requests.Train and mentor fellow Document Controls Specialists and support personnel.Other Job Responsibilities:

Maintains employee confidence and protects operations, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations.Assists other departments within the company with miscellaneous documentation preparation and maintenance projects as needed.Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.Supports company vision and mission.Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:

Three (3) to five (5) years minimum of experience in oil and gas document controls.Possess demonstrable experience of Document Control and Records Management Greenfield and Brownfield Projects/Stages; Engineering and Vendor Document Management, As-building, Turnover processes, and technical close-out.Understanding of industrial standards and regulatory document control requirements: Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS), Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Plan Management (RPM).Proven ability to proficiently complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision.Excellent communication skills with the ability to accurately solve problems.Highly competent interpersonal and influencing skills to manage ambiguity, conflict and uncertainty tactfully and diplomatically in a culturally diverse environment.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departments.Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision.Excellent administrative and organizational skills.Professional understanding of templates, functions and styles.Expertise in the use and application of the following software:

Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)SharePointAutoCAD Viewer (preferred)

Education Requirements:

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college in Business, Library Science or a closely related field or minimum 3 years of experience in a same-level role.Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
