New York, NYOverview:The Transformation Execution Office is responsible for supporting the delivery of our core transformation initiatives, particularly those focused on expense reduction - including the cost catalyst program. This division is expected to challenge and support the global businesses and infrastructure functions in driving cost efficiency across the Bank. Working closely with Finance and HR, you will review existing expenses, processes, and structures as well as proposing new ways to reduce our Bank's cost base. Joining this team will give you the opportunity to be at the heart of the Bank's transformation, driving improvements front to back, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering tangible value.What We Offer You:A diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration.A hybrid working model, allowing for in-office/work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer days.Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement.Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits.Educational resources, matching gift, and volunteer programs.What You'll Do:Day to day management and challenge of the Anti-Money Laundering remediation plans focused on specific business risks and ensure that all projects are run in accordance with US Anti-Financial Crime Transformation and Remediation Program project governance standards and methodologies.Draft and/or review of closure packs and evidence, driving the narrative to demonstrate how the work completed addresses any findings in a sustainable manner.Support the Validation Management team in streamlining the end-to-end validation process and minimizing delays and rejections.Collaborate across Anti-Financial Crime and the Businesses in the generation, socialization, and approval of artefacts and deliverables.Ensure documentation and tracking of program/project relevant (inter-) dependencies, risks, issues, actions for mitigations, and other related artefacts.Effective stakeholder engagement by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, working to set expectations, lead discussions to prioritize business requirements, project communication plans, establish meeting cadence, define meeting agendas, draft meeting minutes, and coordination of action plans; responsible for active stakeholder engagement by ensuring a close collaboration with key stakeholders across Deutsche Bank.How You'll Lead:Mentor and coach teams.Effectively communicate and positively influence diverse stakeholders and team members.Skills You'll Need:Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience; delivery mindset with curiosity to learn, challenge, and enhance process.Exposure to regulatory examination process with regulators such as the Federal Reserve Board including inquiry management, drafting responses, coordination of closure language to successfully lead remediation plan project execution.Preferred working experience in project or program management, assurance, or business analysis in the financial services industry; relevant working experience in regulatory remediation programs preferred.Ability to effectively deliver results in environments or projects that are nonlinear, fast-paced, and often characterized by incomplete information and stakeholder disagreements, delivering a timely and comprehensive output.Skills That Will Help You Excel:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels.Ability to quickly adapt communication styles to different audiences.Expectations:It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000 to $280,500.
