Our team members come from consulting, technical support, development, finance, and expense admin backgrounds but are connected by the love for information technology.Summary:The Technical Consultant (TC) role blends consulting, project management, development, and technical tasks. As a TC, you will be part of SAP Concur's implementation team and work with your assigned customers on different projects throughout usually a 3-to-5-month implementation period. You will consult with your customers on integrating SAP Concur with their Financial and HR systems (SAP or non-SAP), which may include customizing interfaces using ABAP or BTP. You will also be a technical point of contact for our clients throughout their entire lifecycle at SAP Concur as clients explore new integrations and technologies.Role - What will you do?Become an SAP Concur expert, knowing our systems inside outShare your technical knowledge with the customers and partnersPerform the technical setup of SAP Concur systemsAdvise customers on our integration best practices using Flat files, Web Services, SAP Native integration, BTP and moreAssist in troubleshooting during the implementationCommunicate mostly remote but also face to face with our customers and partnersRequirements:Experience in professional IT and client-facing roles such as consulting, support, application managementKnowledge of SAP (any of the following modules: PI/PO, FI, CO, HCM, …)Knowledge of ABAP and basic programming skillsWeb Development a plusKnowledge of how to make API calls and analyze response and payloadsExcellent communication and presenting skillsFocus on time management and self-managed scheduleFast learnerSounds demanding?
