The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsStrategic HR Business Partner for one of KLA's key product divisions.Responsible for driving strategic talent plans and execution for one of KLA's largest product division globally. Areas of strategic focus include Talent Acquisition, Individual and Organizational Assessment, Design and Development, Performance Management, Inclusion and Engagement, Learning and Development and Total Rewards.Responsibilities include:Partner with management to attract, develop, engage and retain highly qualified talent globally to meet the business' needs.Responsible for crafting and implementing the company’s talent management tools and processes, and for delivering consultative services to management in support of talent decisions.Guide on company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions and actions consistent with applicable laws, Company policies and processes and strategic direction.Lead annual focal process and budget across his group, including support in design and understanding of KLA pay and benefits structures, guiding appropriate employee compensation, assessing competitive and equity.Define, analyze, and measure outcomes of HR programs through data analysis, reporting and presentation.Provide coaching, tailoring suggestions, as appropriate and balancing individual and company needs.Provide strong HR consulting services in the handling of employee relations issues and successfully conduct investigations, as needed.Promote organizational change by providing tools, advice and guidance to the business.Identify learning opportunities and organizing needs and patterning to provide developmental solutions.Educate, guide and assess regulatory compliance and reporting to management.Minimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or related Business Administration and work experience of 8+ years.The company offers a total rewards package that is competitive and comprehensive including but not limited to the following: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.KLA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
